Dr. BLAGOVEST VARBAKOFF
General Business Development Manager

He is the General Business Development Manager of the Martin’s Company and Infinity Point Company (IPC) with over 10 years of experience in upper management of Bulgarian and foreign business. He graduated from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” and later Academy of the Ministry of Interior Affairs. As a postgraduate he specialized in the University of Tarnava, Bratislava and Oxford University and defended a PhD at Sofia University in 2012. His professional career developed as a scientist. He lectures in several Bulgarian universities as well as guest lecturing in foreign universities and scientific institutions abroad.

He has been awarded “Young Scientist of Bulgaria” for 2011. He is a regular member of the Association of Scientists in Bulgaria and has an international certificate in risk management. He is rated in TOP 20 Business lectors for Central and Eastern Europe by the European Association for Business Trainers (EABT).

A number of business project have been accomplished under his management for the companies he worked for, targeted at reforming and optimizing the companies’ management and/or enhancing not only their spheres of operation and their competitiveness, but also their marked shares. He is a much wanted expert consultant for monitoring and analyses of risk factors of risk factors in startups and further more for planning long-term business strategies. He acts as a motivation lecturer at various business forums in Bulgaria and abroad. Currently some of the leading motivation lectures in the country are his students, proven beyond doubt as “business players”.
