This Privacy Policy is part of the Terms and conditions for the use of Yepse. It defines the rights you have in the provision of personal data to the platform.

• Yepses you have created and/or published

• Settings you have chosen
• Messages you have received from other USERS
• Yepses you have received from other USERS
• SMS messages you have received from other USERS
• History and logs
• Advertisement rights transactions you have made
• Payments for the purchase of resources and services

By uploading any information to the platform you agree to grant us the right to use such information under this Privacy Policy.

2. What are the collected personal data used for

• For publishing of content according to your defined sharing settings
• For use of the platform, which requires the use of personal data
• To maintain the membership in the platform
• For friendship proposals based on your privacy settings
• To determine the compatibility of interests and/or predefined indicators
• To generate statistics on platform usability
• For fraud investigation
• For identity authentication
• For notification, if necessary
• To certify the ownership rights of advertising by the audience

3. Sharing personal information with third parties

USERS' personal information can be seen by all, whether USERS or not, depending on personal user settings.

By default, phone number and email address are considered personal information and shall not be seen by anyone unless personal user settings are changed. Your friends in the platform can see them only if they choose to send you contents via email or SMS.

Except at the express request of the competent authorities when we are obliged to provide personal information of the USERS, we do not provide personal information to any third parties.

4. Delete your personal information

The USERS of the platform can request their data to be deleted at any time.

To do so, please login to your account, go to Settings and click on the link Deactivate account. Your data will be deleted immediately.

5. Cookies

The platform uses cookies, which are stored in your web browser in order to provide certain features of the site and recording of some of your personal settings, which are valid only for the relevant browser.

Depending on the functionality, the life of the cookies is different and their use is limited to the current system only.

6. Location tracking

Upon entering in a profile or session resuming, if your browser permits, the system prompts permission to track your location. This is required in order to activate some functionalities such as indication of the location you post content from, which USER is nearby, who was last spotted near you, etc. This functionality may be limited by a setting, no matter whether you have confirmed the use or not.

If the system does not prompt you whether to track the location, you have already enabled this function and tracking is active or your browser is set so as to prohibit this by default. In this case, you can change your settings to prompt you every time, or simply authorize our site by default, which is preferable.

Your location is used only for the functions of the system and is not shared with third parties, except in the case of an express request of the competent authorities.

7. Security

All passwords are stored in the system in an encrypted form and no one, even platform administrators, can see them.

Yepse uses all advanced methods to protect the information stored on our servers.

8. Changes of this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to make changes at any time without pre-notice.
